Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to class start time.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in loss of that session.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Class Packages
- Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
- Packages expire 3 Months from date of purchase.
- Unused sessions are forfeited after expiration.
Refunds
- No refunds for partially used packages.
- Refunds for unused packages may be granted at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee.
- Missed classes are not refundable.
Instructor Cancellation
If a class is cancelled by the instructor:
You will receive a credit, rescheduled session, or full refund.
