Your body, rehydrated.

The MELT Method® — gentle, science-backed self-care for your connective tissue and nervous system.

Your home of wellness

MELT is a simple self-treatment method that rehydrates your connective tissue — the fascia that surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ — and helps rebalance your nervous system. Using soft rollers and small treatment balls with gentle, precise techniques, MELT releases the stuck stress that daily living leaves behind.

It is not exercise, stretching, or foam rolling. Think of it as Hands-Off Bodywork®: a way to give yourself the care of a skilled hands-on therapist, in as little as ten minutes a day.

The result: less chronic pain, better alignment, deeper sleep, and a body that feels supported from the inside out.

It’s time to

Begin your practice

Created by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann, the MELT Method is clinically shown to reduce chronic pain and improve mobility, stability, and performance. Whether you are brand new to self-care or a seasoned mover, sessions are designed for every body — gentle enough for beginners, powerful enough to change how you feel every day.

“MELT quickly rehydrates connective tissue and allows the body to release long-held tension and stress that leads to chronic pain.”

Other

Offerings

In addition to foundation sessions, we offer a full range of MELT experiences — from targeted hand and foot treatments to workshops and private instruction.

Hand & Foot Treatments

Small treatment balls, big relief. Stimulate the points of the hands and feet to ease whole-body tension, improve alignment, and calm the nervous system.

Soft Roller Sessions

Using the MELT Soft Body Roller, gentle compression and rinsing techniques rehydrate fascia, restore joint stability, and release the neck and low back.

Workshops & Privates

Learn the method in a group workshop, or book a one-on-one session for a personalized MELT Map tailored to your body’s imbalances.

We love creating things for you!
