About the Instructor

As a breast cancer survivor and competitive dragon boat athlete, I understand the physical demands that repetitive, asymmetrical sport places on the body. Dragon boat racing requires powerful, high-speed, one-sided movement — a combination that eventually led to a significant low back injury that threatened my ability to continue competing.

While physiotherapy provided short-term symptom relief, the underlying dysfunction persisted.

After experiencing measurable and immediate improvement through the MELT Method, I became deeply interested in the science behind connective tissue hydration, neurofascial regulation, and joint stability. What began as a personal solution evolved into professional pursuit.

I completed Hand & Foot Instructor Training in 2017 and have since advanced through Levels 1–3 certification. My work now focuses on helping active adults, athletes, and individuals with chronic pain restore efficient movement patterns, reduce cumulative stress, and improve tissue resilience. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, I integrate MELT principles to support performance longevity, injury prevention, and sustainable pain reduction — empowering clients to remain strong, active, and capable in the activities that matter most to them.
